Processing & Shipping Time
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories, including Puerto Rico, Guam, the U.S. Virgin Islands, and military APO/FPO addresses.
🚫 We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery times, unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions, carrier delays, or high order volume) may cause slight delays.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details. If you have not received your tracking information within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact our customer support team.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
T-Shirt Fever is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been handed over to the carrier. If you experience any issues, we recommend reaching out to the carrier directly for assistance.
